bits of life

Where have we been for the last six months? Perhaps packing up all our belongings and moving 1000 miles away to a new home, new state, and taking care of these little guys full time. It has been hard and really scary but we are getting into the swing of things and looking forward to this new season. Literally with Spring around the corner and emotionally as well.

I took the bits + pieces idea from this awesome mommy blogger.There's been more request for "up" by our little flying boy. Some much needed vitamin D after feeling like we haven't seen the sun in ages. Some chubby hands at work. And a great discovery of feet in this home. Glad to finally feel like I am back in the upswing.

California Here We Come....

Husband and I have decided that we are moving back to California. It was not an easy decision but we know that it is the right one. We will soon be packing up our little car with our belonging and starting the trek back. I always thought this was what I wanted but as the time gets closer I feel like I'm really going to miss Portland. I think we have grow so much and learned so much about each other while living here. I would never change it for the world!

Off to our new adventure...

Hello, hello

Just dropping in to say a quick hello. I have exciting news... We are moving just a few blocks away from where we live currently but to a bigger place and a little more in the heart of one of the cutest neighborhoods!!! I'll have pictures soon. In the mean time I'll be day dreaming about cute DIY (low budget) decor from our new home:)
