Let's Celebrate

YAY!!!! We have finally found a new home! I am so excited. It was completely worth the wait as  the home and the location are better than we could have imagined. I feel like this was such a lesson for me especially, to trust God and know that things will happen on His time.  So before I start getting caught up in the craziness of packing and moving I wanted to take a little moment and count my blessings as of late.

  • for having an awesome husband that works hard to provide for this family
  • for my two little silly boys, my days are so much more exciting with them
  • for this wonderful home that we are able to move into
  • for our current home that has allowed us to make so many memories
  • for a loving a supportive family
  • for this little corner of the internet that allows me to jot down ideas, inspiration and memories

I love husbands and surprises

After a really tough week. I love that my husband is supporting my coffee addiction by surprising me with a Keurig. I also stole his coffee mug to get an extra big cup of coffee my first go.
Not only did he totally catch me by surprise on this one. He also went the extra mile and and got me a sweet card to go with it to thank me for all I do for him and the boys. I think I should be sending him this card. I am so blessed to have this man in my life. He takes care of us so much and has really been there for me through so many things in life. Joy, pain and mundane.I feel God could not have given me a better husband. Here's to the day to day with my love.

Peace Treaty via Paper Plane

Last night husband and I got in a little tiff. Nothing serious it was silly really but neither of us wanted to talk first. Husband finally flew this lovely little airplane to me with an apology. I responded back the same way. we laughed about and made up. OOOH I love happy endings especially when they are sent on yellow airplanes

Continuing with the theme this was the the plane sent to me last week while I was watching t.v. I love you husband.

Happy St. Patrick's day!!!!! I hope everyone is festive wearing green, as for husband and I we felt that corn beef and cabbage was appropriate for dinner tonight. :)
